These strips release reagent into the water sample inside the photometer cell. The meter measures the resulting reaction and displays the result. A compatible photometer is required and is not included.
Check that your meter manual specifies reagent 486637 for its free chlorine (DPD-1) method. Follow the instructions for your meter, including sample volume, timing, measuring range and cleaning.
